With regard to the letter from the Ministry of Education and Culture’s Education Financing Service Center number: 0578 / J5 / BP / 2020 dated 3 July 2020 regarding the Quota for Indonesian Smart Cards (KIP) for College, we hereby inform you that there is still a quota for scholarship recipients for the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) year 2020 with the following conditions:
- New S1 and D4 students for the 2020/2021 Academic Year graduates in 2019 and 2020
- Fill out and complete the KIP-K registration file via https://kipkuliah.kemdikbud.go.id.
- Photocopy of KTM / Temporary, KTP, KK, KKS, Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) (for those who already have)
- Disability Certificate (SKTM) from the sub-district
- UKT 1 or 2
- Income Certificate of parents / guardians issued by related agencies / sub-districts
- Photocopy of semester 1 to 5 report cards legalized by the principal
- Photocopy of electricity bills
- Photocopy of PBB of parents / guardians (for those who do not have PBB, it is replaced with RT / RW / sub-district Certificate)
- Photo of the house (overall facade and living room)
Applicants will be selected and those who meet the requirements will be submitted to the Ministry of Education and Culture to get a KIP-K scholarship.

We hereby inform all Diponegoro University students, PERMATA SAKTI is a student exchange program between universities in Indonesia facilitated by the Ministry of Education and Culture’s Belmawa Directorate and held at several State Universities including Undip.
Undip students are given the opportunity to take courses at other PTNs (western and eastern regions) with the following requirements:
- Students are active and registered at PDDikti
- 5th – 7th semester student
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (attach proof of KHS)
- Students are required to take a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 credits of courses presented by the recipient PTN
- Have the ability and opportunity to develop reasoning, insight, and integrity, be creative and innovative
- Willing to comply with all the provisions of the Permata Sakti 2020 Standard Operational Guidelines (POB)
- Never been subject to academic sanctions
- It was stated that they passed the selection by the Permata Sakti team at the intended PTN
- Participate in Undip level dissemination
- Fill out and sign the registration form, both online / hardcopy through the Faculty
- Fill out the IRS which contains the courses to be followed at the intended PTN
- For students who have filled out the IRS, there are 2 ways to enter the Permata-Sakti course, namely:
– Change part of the courses that have been taken, or
– Conversion of equivalent courses - Total credits per semester are a maximum of 24 credits (PT origin and Permata Sakti), taking credits according to the previous semester’s GPA
- The courses taken must obtain approval from the Head of Study Program in order to be converted
- The course scores obtained are recognized and endorsed by the original PTN.
