The Department of State Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University again held community service activities, on September 4-6 2020, in Kebanggan Village, Moga District, Pemalang Regency. This service activity takes the form of a legal aid post (posbakum) with two major themes, namely: “Village Financial Management in Supporting Village Development” and “Increasing the Capacity of Village Officials in Archives and Community Service Management“.
Mr. Sonhaji, S.H., M.S. as the Head of the Department of HAN FH UNDIP said that this service activity was an activity held by lecturers of the HAN FH UNDIP Section in carrying out the tri dharma as part of the duties and functions of the lecturers. He further said that this service activity was the second community service activity in 2020, after the first activity was held in Temanggung, in February 2020. In addition to providing community service activities in the form of providing legal materials, this semester’s service activities were also marked by providing assistance in the form of multivitamins. enhancing blood and endurance to the people of Desa Kebanggan who attended the community service activities.
On this occasion, technical service activities were carried out by forming two groups. The first group discussed the theme of village finance, with the group leader, Mrs. Henny Juliani, S.H., M.H. The second group raised the theme of village archives management, with the head of the group, Mr. Sri Nurhari Susanto, S.H., M.H. This activity was guided by Mr. Dr. Budi Ispriyarso, S.H., M.Hum.
Mrs. Henny Juliani, S.H., M.H. In his presentation, he stated that village finances must be managed based on the principles of transparency, accountability, participation and in an orderly and disciplined budget. Effective and efficient village financial management will support the implementation of development in the village. Mr. Sri Nurhari Susanto, S.H., M.Hum in his presentation highlighted the urgency of managing archives in the village, analyzing the factors that become obstacles in managing archives in the village, as well as future solutions in managing archives in the village.
After the presentation of the material, it was continued with a discussion related to the theme of community service. The people of Kebanggan Village were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity, this could be seen from the number of residents who attended the activity, as well as the number of questions that arose in the discussion. The community is also given the opportunity to conduct online discussions after offline activities.
At the end of the activity, Mr. Anis Hidayat, as the Head of the Village of Pride, welcomed and appreciated the service activity, even though the current conditions were during the Covid-19 pandemic. He also expressed his gratitude for the awareness from the community to take part in community service activities while still paying attention to health protocols. Furthermore, Mr. Anis Hidayat also hopes that this collaboration in service activities can take place continuously in the future.
