We are happy to announce that the open recruitment phase for Universitas Diponegoro Delegates for IMCC Philip C. Jessup 2023 is here!
IMCC Philip C. Jessup is the world’s largest moot court competition with participants from over 700 law schools in 100 countries and jurisdictions. This competition is a simulation of a fictional dispute between countries before the International Court of Justice, the judicial organ of United Nations.
The 2023 IMCC Philip C. Jessup problem addresses:
1. The interpretation of a peace treaty,
2. Deadly attacks in allegedly occupied territory,
3. Unilateral economic sanctions, and
4. The legal consequences of failing to dispose of hazardous waste properly.
