On Monday, April 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB), the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, hosted an academic visit from SMA Terpadu Islam Nurul ‘Ilmi Jambi, as part of a campus introduction program and to provide students with higher education motivation. The visit, attended by 50 students and two chaperones, was met with great enthusiasm.
The series of activities took place in the Fiat Justisia Room, Prof. Dr. Samiadji Soerotjaroko, S.H., Building, Faculty of Law, Undip. Due to the concurrent implementation of the Computerized Test (UTBK) at the Faculty of Law, the campus tour was limited to the dean’s office, classrooms, and library.
The event began with remarks from Andi Susetyo, S.T., M.Pi., Human Resources Supervisor of the Faculty of Law, Undip. In his remarks, he expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in Nurul ‘Ilmi Jambi Integrated Islamic High School (SMA) by choosing the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (Undip) as the destination for their academic visit.
“Thank you for choosing FH Undip as the destination for your visit, having come all the way from outside Java. Let’s take full advantage of this opportunity to truly understand what Undip and the Faculty of Law are all about,” he said.
The next remarks were delivered by Ahmad Nopriansyah, S.Pd., Principal of Nurul ‘Ilmi Jambi Integrated Islamic High School. He expressed his pride and gratitude for the warm welcome given by the Faculty of Law.
“Thank you for the welcome from FH Undip. We are honored to be here and to have been so warmly welcomed. We have come all the way from Jambi and want to help our students achieve their dreams through this OSPT (University Student Orientation). We hope this is beneficial for everyone, and we hope our students can enroll at Undip next year,” he said.
As a token of appreciation and a symbol of good cooperation, the event continued with a plaque exchange and a group photo session.
The event then continued with presentations on Diponegoro University and the Undip Faculty of Law, delivered by Nadia Fitria, Mbakyu FH Undip Class of 2026, and Mujiono Hafidh Prasetyo, S.H., M.H., LL.M., a lecturer in Criminal Law at the Undip Faculty of Law. In this session, students received information on academic life, college admission pathways, and an overview of studying at the Faculty of Law.
This visit is expected to provide valuable experience for the students of SMA Islam Terpadu Nurul ‘Ilmi Jambi as they prepare for higher education, while also strengthening the relationship between the Undip Faculty of Law and schools from various regions in Indonesia.
