Public Information Services
The Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, is committed to providing fast, accurate, and transparent access to information for the public. We believe that information transparency is one of the key pillars in realizing accountable and trustworthy university governance.
Periodic
Information That Must Be Provided Periodically
Periodic public information includes:
- information related to the Public Agency;
- information regarding the activities and performance of the relevant Public Agency;
- information regarding financial reports; and/or
- other information regulated by laws and regulations.
At Any Time
Mandatory Information Available at All Times
- A list of all Public Information under its authority, excluding exempted information;
- Decisions made by the Public Agency and their considerations;
- All existing policies along with their supporting documents;
- Project work plans, including the agency’s annual expenditure estimates;
- Agreements between the Public Agency and third parties;
- Information and policies delivered by Public Officials in meetings open to the public;
- Employee work procedures of the Public Agency related to public services; and/or reports regarding access to Public Information services as regulated in this Law.
Immediate
Mandatory Information to Be Announced Immediately
Information that must be announced immediately refers to information that may endanger the livelihood of the public at large and public order.
