Introduction to Campus Life for New Students or commonly abbreviated as PKKMB has been carried out by the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University in the campus hall on August 15, 2022 ago. The PKKMB activity was held for two days, from 15 to 16 August 2022. This activity was attended by all new students, senior students who became facilitators or guides and all lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University. The series of PKKMB events on the first day included singing the Indonesia Raya anthem, the Diponegoro University Hymn, Academic Report by the Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, by Dr. Tri Laksmi Indraswari, and Speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Law. Dr. Retno Saraswati, SH., M. Hum. The series of events continued to the core of the main event, namely the New Student Admission Procession and Video Screening introduction to the Faculty of Law and Prof. Soedharto, S.H. and Prof. Satjipto Rahardjo. The PKKMB event of the Faculty of Law was also attended by the Chancellor of Diponegoro University, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H, M.Hum., who conveyed a few words to lift the spirits of the new students.
The activity was then continued by showing a video congratulating new students delivered from the Chairperson of the Indonesian KPU, the Minister of Villages and PDT, as well as the Deputy Chair of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP). In addition, there was also an introduction to the Faculty of Law Section Lecturers by each Section Head and continued with the UNDIP Faculty of Law Company Profile Screening and ended with a prayer. For new students, the activity continued until the second day of the PKKMB of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University with the delivery of material from several lecturers at the Faculty of Law which aims to provide understanding for new students about college life later.
Activities for new students of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University will continue from 18 to 20 August 2022. This activity is a Character Education activity or commonly abbreviated as Pendikar. This activity is in the form of delivering material which is carried out by lecturers of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, interspersed with games from the Facilitator or their seniors who help guide the activity. New students are divided into each group and activities are carried out in different classes. This is intended to equip new students with materials that can improve their character to become better individuals and can support their next college life. This pendikar activity ended with an art performance held by all new students.
