Semarang, April 14, 2026 — The Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University (FH Undip) once again welcomed an outing class visit from SMA Negeri 1 Jatinom during the afternoon session. 143 students and 10 accompanying teachers attended the activity and took place in the Fiat Justitia Room, Prof. Dr. Samiadji Soerotjaroko, S.H., Building.
The event began with remarks from FH Undip representative Andi Susetyo. In his remarks, he expressed his hope that this activity would provide students with a clear picture of their future study options. “We hope the output of this outing class will immediately solidify their choice of major or faculty. The Faculty of Law at Undip currently ranks 9th in the number of applicants to the National Student Admissions Program (SNBP). This is not meant to scare them, but rather to motivate them to be more enthusiastic,” he said.
The next remarks were delivered by Sena Sri Widikda, S.Pd., a representative from SMA Negeri 1 Jatinom. She explained that this activity was part of the campus literacy program, which aims to broaden students’ horizons. “Our activity is part of Undip’s campus literacy program. Even in Kota Lama, we focus on cultural literacy, so there are no tourist attractions. Our goal here is to broaden students’ horizons so that their thinking can develop beyond Klaten, and even beyond the university level,” she said.
The event continued with a plaque exchange as a symbol of cooperation and appreciation between the two institutions. Participants then received a presentation on Diponegoro University and its academic system from Marzellina Hardiyanti, S.H., M.H.
To conclude, the committee provided an interactive question-and-answer session regarding the material presented. This activity aimed to test students’ understanding and increase their enthusiasm, and it demonstrated active participation as participants listened attentively to the event. Through this activity, students of SMA Negeri 1 Jatinom can gain broader insights into the world of college, especially at the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, and become more confident in determining their future educational choices.
