The Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (FH Undip), hosted a campus study visit from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Malang on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The event, held in the Fiat Justisia Room, Prof. Dr. Samiadji Soerotjaroko, S.H. Building, was attended by 76 students and four accompanying teachers.
The event began with remarks from Andi Susetyo, S.T., M.Pi, a representative of the Faculty of Law’s Human Resources Department. In his remarks, he commended the achievements of MAN 2 Malang students, who were considered to have achieved impressive international success.
“MAN 2 Malang is extraordinary. Many of our students have been accepted to foreign universities, and the competitions are international. Campus study is a great way to solidify your plans. 11th grade is the perfect time to choose a study program and faculty for 2027,” said Andi.
Next, Mr. Puguh Cahyanto, S.Pd., a representative of the MAN 2 Kota Malang teachers, delivered a speech. He reminded the students always to be grateful for every step of the way.
“We are required always to be grateful, thankful for what we have received and achieved,” he said.
The event continued with a presentation by Ardina Nur Amalia, S.H., M.Kn., a lecturer in procedural law, who explained Diponegoro University’s profile and the academic system at the Faculty of Law. This material provided students with a comprehensive overview of college life, particularly in the legal field.
The question-and-answer session was interactive, with one topic focusing on mental preparedness for studying at the Faculty of Law. In response, the speaker advised students to participate actively in the Student Activity Unit (UKM) activities. Through UKM, students can develop research skills, engage in discussions, and enhance critical thinking.
This visit is expected to provide insight and motivation for MAN 2 Kota Malang students in determining their further study options, while also preparing them for the future world of college.
