Semarang, April 8, 2026 — The Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University welcomed students from MAN 1 Cilacap as part of a campus outreach activity. This visit was a valuable opportunity for the students, who came from the far reaches of Central Java, to gain a closer look at the university’s campus.
Upon arrival at the Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University, the participants were immediately taken on a tour of the various facilities. This activity aimed to provide students with a firsthand experience of the academic atmosphere and familiarize themselves with the learning support facilities on campus. Despite midterm exams, the students maintained order and participated in the activities calmly.
The event then continued in the Fiat Justisia Room, Prof. Dr. Samiadji Soerotjaroko, S.H. Building. A welcoming speech from the Undip Faculty of Law was delivered by Andi Susetyo, S.T., M.Pi. In his remarks, he stated that the Faculty of Law is one of the most popular study programs, with quite intense competition. For the 2026 National Achievement-Based Selection (SNBP), the Law Study Program has a capacity of 184 seats.
A representative delivered the next remarks from MAN 1 Cilacap, Drs. Sutiasno, M.Pd. He hoped that through this visit, students would be motivated to continue their education at a higher education institution, particularly at Diponegoro University (Undip). “Hopefully, this visit will encourage MAN 1 Cilacap to be accepted at Undip, and students who were previously uninterested in studying will be motivated to continue their education,” he said.
The event continued with a plaque exchange as a symbol of cooperation and camaraderie between the institutions. The event then continued with a presentation about Diponegoro University and an introduction to the Undergraduate Law Study Program by Mujiono Hafidh Prasetyo, S.H., M.H., LL.M., a lecturer in Criminal Law.
Through this activity, MAN 1 Cilacap students can gain a clearer picture of college life and be more motivated to continue their education at a higher level.
