The Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University (FH Undip) has officially launched the World Class University (WCU) Program 2026 as a strategic effort to strengthen its academic reputation, international network, and global contribution in education, research, and community service.
The WCU 2026 Program is comprehensively designed, embracing four main pillars: Academic Reputation, International Faculty, International Research Network, and International Students, supported by a sustainability program. Through various flagship activities, Undip’s FH is committed to realizing international-standard higher education governance that has a real impact on society.
In terms of Academic Reputation, Undip’s FH has initiated several strategic programs, including International Academic Networking, Organizing International Events, collaborating with the business and industrial world (DUDI), strengthening alums through Alumni Consolidation and the Diaspora Alumni Forum, and establishing a Scientific Consortium. These programs are expected to improve the quality of research, publications, and international academic networks.
Meanwhile, under the International Faculty pillar, the Faculty of Law Undip (FH Undip) offers the Visiting Professor/Lecturer Offline, Adjunct Professor, and International Staff Exchange programs. These activities aim to improve the quality of teaching, research collaboration, and cross-border scientific exchange.
Under the International Research Network pillar, the Faculty of Law Undip (FH Undip) encourages strengthening research collaboration through International Research Group Collaboration and International Collaboration with Top 500 QS World Universities. This initiative is expected to improve the quality of scientific publications and the Faculty’s contribution to the development of legal science worldwide.
Furthermore, the Faculty of Law Undip (FH Undip) facilitates international students’ development through summer courses and supports student mobility through outbound student programs such as Students Go International and Undip Global Classroom. These programs aim to equip students with global insight, international experience, and cross-cultural competencies.
As a commitment to sustainability, the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (FH Undip) has developed the SDGs International Social Community and Student Community for SDGs programs, which focus on making tangible contributions to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The WCU Program 2026 is divided into two batches. Batch 1 covers activities from January to May 30, 2026, with a proposal submission deadline of February 20, 2026, and a reporting deadline of June 30, 2026. Batch 2 covers activities from June to October 30, 2026, with a proposal submission deadline of February 21, 2026, and a reporting deadline of November 30, 2026.
Through the implementation of the WCU Program 2026, the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (FH Undip), hopes to strengthen its position as a world-class law faculty that excels, is dignified, and is beneficial, while also making tangible contributions to the development of law, education, and sustainable development at the national and international levels.
