Surabaya: Proud achievements were attained by three teams from the Faculty of Law (FH) in the Airlangga Politics 9.0 National Indonesian Language Debate Competition organized by the Student Association of Political Science, Airlangga University. In the competition, which was attended by 16 teams from 9 universities across Indonesia, all three FH teams managed to win first, second, and third place.
The competition, which took place on February 22-23, 2025, at Airlangga University, showcased the extraordinary debating skills of the participants. The FH teams demonstrated mastery of the material, strong arguments, and practical communication skills.

Students from the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, once again achieved proud accomplishments in the 2025 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition during the National Round, organized by the International Law Students Association (ILSA) at the University of Indonesia on February 15, 2025.
In this competition, the delegation from the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, successfully won several prestigious awards:

Students of the Faculty of Law once again recorded Proud achievements, Diponegoro University (FH Undip) in the Kasal Cup 2 International Open Championship 2025, which took place on February 14-16, 2025, at the Purna Krida Badung Sports Hall (GOR), Bali. The FH Undip Martial Arts Student Activity Unit (UKM-F) team won 10 gold, two silver, and two bronze medals while also becoming the Favorite Team in this international championship.

Elva Angie Calista, a student from the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (UNDIP), has won 1st place in the Essay competition at the Semarak Prestasi dan Kreativitas event organized by the Correctional Science Polytechnic. This achievement proves the academic quality and creativity of UNDIP Faculty of Law students in scientific writing.
The competition, which various universities in Indonesia attended, required participants to have sharp analytical skills and innovative idea delivery. In her work, Elva successfully presented a paper that was informative and provided solutions to the issues raised, thus successfully capturing the judges’ attention.
This achievement once again proves that UNDIP Faculty of Law students are not only excellent in academics but also able to excel in national competitions. Hopefully, this achievement will be the beginning of other successes in the future.

Jakarta, February 5, 2025 – The Martial Arts Contingent of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (FH Undip) won the 2nd Overall Champion title at the 2025 National Karate Championship “KASAL CUP IV”. The championship, which took place from January 30 to February 1, 2025, at the North Jakarta Youth Sports Hall, DKI Jakarta, was attended by 22 athletes from FH Undip and successfully won a total of 17 gold medals, four silver medals, and three bronze medals.

Diponegoro University Faculty of Law student Muhammad Fadel Ilyasa Duni (2024) managed to make his alma mater proud at the prestigious sports event, the XXI-2024 National Sports Week (PON), which took place in Aceh and North Sumatra. In a badminton competition attended by the best athletes from Indonesia, Fadel achieved two proud achievements, namely 3rd place in the Individual Men’s Doubles category and 3rd place in the Badminton Men’s Team category. This success is a personal achievement for Fadel and a great source of pride for the Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University. Fadel’s accomplishments show that FH Undip students are superior in the academic field and able to compete in the world of sports at the national level.
PON XXI – 2024 is the biggest sporting event in Indonesia, and it was organized by the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI). Hundreds of athletes from various provinces participate in multiple sports, including badminton. The intense and fierce competition did not dampen Fadel’s spirit to give his best, both in the men’s doubles and team categories. With hard work, dedication, and high fighting spirit, Fadel and his team brought bronze medals in both categories.
The entire academic community of FH Undip congratulates and highly appreciates Muhammad Fadel Ilyasa Duni for this achievement. With this achievement, it is hoped that more FH Undip students will be encouraged to excel in academics, sports, and other fields at the national and international levels in 2024.
