On Tuesday, October 3 2023, the “National Seminar on the Retirement of Prof. Erlyn Indarti, S.H., M.A., Ph.D,”, This seminar was opened and welcomed by the Dean of the Undip Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Retno Saraswati, S.H., M.Hum. “This event was initiated by the Basics of Legal Science and Doctor of Law section because the resource persons were all DIH alumni, Prof. student alumni. Erlyn is very intense about paradigm studies, so today, to welcome her retirement, a National Seminar was held with the theme Change, the Digital Era and National Legal Development: A Paradigmatic Study. The era of digitalization requires legal reform in Indonesia. We need a lot of far-reaching thoughts for this change. The laws that make them are human, so that they are useful for society. “This paradigm is very good for us to think systematically,” added Prof. Dr. Retno Saraswati, S.H., M.Hum in her speech. The opening event was marked by hitting the gong by Prof. Dr. Retno Saraswati, S.H., M.Hum.

The moderator of today’s event is Mariano Marhaen Endo Moansadok, a 2020 undergraduate student in the Legal Sciences Study Program who currently serves as Chair of the Basics of Legal Studies and Law and Society Student Association.

The event continued with a video screening of Prof. Erlyn in our heat, followed by a Retirement speech by Prof. Erlyn Indarti, S.H., M.A., Ph.D. This speech is entitled Eureka and the Paradigm of Reaching the Helping Hand of Philosophy.

The handover of mementos was conveyed by the Chair and Lecturer of the Basics of Law & Law and Society Section and Alumni of the Law Doctoral Program Supervised by Prof. Erlyn Indarti, S.H., M.A., Ph. D. Then continued with the singing of the song “Hero” by PSM Satya Dharma Gita and closed with a prayer by Muhyidin, S.H., S.Ag., M.H.
