Friday, July 30, 2021 – The Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University in collaboration with the Special Unit for Upstream Oil and Gas Activities (SKK Migas) and Pertamina Exploration and Production (EP) held a national webinar. The Topic of The national webinar was about the Protection of Creditors in Bankruptcy in the Upstream Oil and Gas Sector.
In order to comply with the health protocols implemented by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was held in a hybrid manner, namely offline for the committee in the Litigation Building Seminar Room, Faculty of Law Undip, while participants and resource persons took part online in the Zoom Apps Meeting platform.
In this webinar, the committee was invited two experienced bankruptcy lawyers and curators , as follow Joseph Krisna Wirayudha, S.H. and Sabar Maruli Simamora, S.H. The webinar began with welcoming speeches from Fatar Yani Abdurahman (Deputy Head of SKK Migas) and Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Dr. Tri Laksmi Indraswari, S.H., M. Hum. Furthermore, the program was filled with material presentations by two notable speakers for two hours and closed with a question and answer discussion.
