Semarang, Wednesday (February 4, 2026) — The Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University (FH Undip) hosted a visit from SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor’s Goes to Campus program at the Tembalang Campus in Semarang. Sixty-nine students and eight accompanying teachers attended the event, which aimed to introduce the academic environment and education system at the Faculty of Law.
The event began with a tour of the Undip Faculty of Law. The students were invited to explore various buildings and supporting facilities, including classrooms, courtrooms, and other academic support areas. The tour was led by Heru Setyono, S.S., and Deka Harry Prabowo, who provided an overview of the faculty’s academic and student activities. The students also had the opportunity to witness firsthand the competition preparations being conducted by Undip Faculty of Law students, providing a real-life glimpse into the dynamics of campus life.
Following the tour, the group was directed to the Fiat Justisia Room in the Prof. Dr. Ir. Dr. Samiadji Soerotjaroko, S.H., on the 3rd floor to participate in the main event. The event opened with a screening of a profile video of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (Undip).
In his remarks, Mr. Andi Susetyo, S.T., M.P.I., Human Resources Supervisor of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, expressed his appreciation for SMAIT Ummul Quro’s trust in choosing the Faculty of Law as their destination.
“Thank you for entrusting the Faculty of Law to Undip. I see the track record and distribution of state universities (PTN) graduates from SMAIT continue to improve, which can be a source of encouragement and motivation for the students. The average SNBP report card for admission to the Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University is 91.94. Don’t forget also to seek out non-technical information regarding the SNBP, as there are several important things to consider,” he said.
A speech was then delivered by Mr. Ahmadi, S.Pd.I., a representative of SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor.
“Thank you to the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (Undip) for welcoming us so warmly. This visit is also inseparable from the trust of our alums who continue their studies here. Our school is based on the Islamic Leadership School, and we hope that it will produce great future national leaders,” he said.
The event continued with a plaque exchange as a symbol of the relationship between the institutions.
As the main agenda, students received an in-depth presentation about Diponegoro University and the Undip Faculty of Law’s academic system, delivered by the Undip Faculty of Law Public Relations Team, namely Shofiy Zulfah, S.H., M.H. and Mujiono Hafidh Prasetyo, S.H., M.H., LL.M. The material covered the faculty profile, curriculum, student life, and new student admissions pathways.
The discussion session was interactive, with several students asking questions, one of which concerned the forms of community service carried out by the Undip Faculty of Law. This Goes to Campus activity is expected to help SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor students better understand the profile of the Undip Faculty of Law, its academic and student activities, and strategies for preparing themselves to enter state universities.
