The Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University (FH Undip) welcomed an educational visit (study campus) from SMAN 1 Purwosari, Pasuruan Regency, on Tuesday morning (13/1/2026). The group, consisting of 172 students, arrived at the Tembalang Campus at around 8:00 AM WIB with the aim of getting to know the academic environment of one of the best law faculties in Indonesia more closely.
To start the agenda, right after getting off the bus, the students were taken on a tour to explore various buildings and facilities within the FH Undip. Guided by Heru Setyono, S.S. and Deka Harry Prabowo, the students were introduced to classrooms, courtrooms, and other areas supporting academic activities before heading to the main event at the Fiat Justisia Room, Prof. Dr. Samiadji Soerotjaroko, S.H. Building, 3rd Floor.
The official program began with the screening of the FH Undip Company Profile video, followed by welcoming remarks from Mr. Andi Susetyo, S.T., M.P.I., as the Supervisor of Human Resources at FH Undip, who expressed his appreciation for the visit. “Welcome to FH Undip, and thank you for choosing our faculty as your destination, even after a long journey from the East (Pasuruan). Please be aware that you are currently entering a crucial period in deciding your future study path. Cut down on idle time, reduce unnecessary activities, and focus on studying for your future,” he advised.
Meanwhile, the Head of the SMAN 1 Purwosari Delegation, Mr. Saefudin Yuhri, S.E., in his remarks, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome from FH Undip and hoped that this visit would broaden the students’ horizons regarding university life. The event continued with a plaque exchange ceremony as a token of remembrance between the two parties.
As the main agenda, the students received a comprehensive presentation of the university and faculty profiles. The Introduction to Diponegoro University and the Faculty of Law was delivered excellently by the FH Undip Public Relations Team, namely, Willy Naresta, S.H., M.Kn. and Marzellina Hardiyanti, S.H., M.H. This session was interactive, as evidenced by the students’ enthusiasm during the question-and-answer segment. Many have inquired about admission pathways, areas of law specialization, and career prospects for FH Undip graduates.
