Diponegoro University, through the Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs, has issued Announcement Number: 51/UN7.A1/AK/2025 concerning the Implementation of Student Administrative Registration for the Odd Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026. This announcement is addressed to all continuing students at Undip, including those from the Faculty of Law.
Here are the crucial points to note:
- Tuition Fee Payment: Students are required to make tuition fee payments from July 1, 2025, to August 18, 2025. Detailed information regarding the payment mechanism can be accessed via the official Undip link.
- Re-registration and IRS Submission Re-registration and submission of the Study Plan Form (Isian Rencana Studi – IRS) must be done online via the website https://sso.undip.ac.id from July 2nd to August 18th, 2025.
- International Program Students: Students participating in the Double Degree, Joint Degree, or Student Exchange programs must ensure that the tuition fee adjustment has been processed and must still complete re-registration and IRS submission in accordance with the regulations.
- Inactive Students (Mangkir) Students who were inactive in the previous semester (Even Semester 2024/2025) and wish to become active again are required to submit a Letter of Permission to Resume Studies from the Dean to the Finance Department or send a copy via email to ukt.undip@gmail.com no later than August 18th, 2025.
- Sanctions for Inactive Students: Students who are inactive for two consecutive semesters or four non-consecutive semesters will lose their student status and may be proposed for study termination (DO – Drop Out) by the faculty.
- Student Academic Status Information regarding the status of being at risk of DO or proposed DO can be viewed via the SIAP Undip system. The process of DO proposal approval begins 30 days after the payment period ends, specifically from September 18th, 2025, to November 30th, 2025.
- Payment Receipt Replacement Service: Students who require a replacement for the proof of payment can contact the University’s Finance, Accounting, and Taxation Department.
- Start of Lectures Lectures for the Odd Semester 2025/2026 will begin on August 25th, 2025.
The Undip Faculty of Law urges all students to pay attention to and complete this re-registration process as thoroughly as possible to ensure the smooth continuation of their studies.
