The Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University is committed to providing fast, accurate, and transparent access to information for the entire community. Information transparency is a crucial pillar in realizing accountable and trustworthy higher education governance.

Periodically

Information Required to be Provided Periodically

Periodic Public Information includes:
a. information related to Public Agencies;
b. information regarding the activities and performance of the relevant Public Agencies;
c. information regarding financial reports; and/or
d. other information regulated by laws and regulations.

Information Must Be Available at All Times

a. a list of all Public Information under its control, excluding exempt information;
b. the results of Public Agency decisions and their considerations;
c. all existing policies and supporting documents;
d. project work plans, including estimates of the Public Agency’s annual expenditures;
e. agreements between the Public Agency and third parties;
f. information and policies conveyed by Public Officials in meetings open to the public;
g. work procedures of Public Agency employees related to public services; and/or reports on Public Information access services as regulated in this Law.

Information That Must Be Announced Immediately

Immediate information is information that could threaten the livelihoods of many people and public order.
