The Faculty of Law, Universitas Diponegoro (FH Undip) welcomed a study visit from Darussalam Islamic High School Bekasi on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 09:00 WIB. The event took place in the Fiat Justisia Room, Prof. Dr. Samiadji Soerotjaroko, S.H. Building, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Law, Universitas Diponegoro, Tembalang, Semarang, Indonesia. The visit was attended by 135 students and 15 teachers.
The event began with a welcome address from FH Undip, delivered by the Resource Supervisor, Andi Susetyo, S.T., M.Pi. “We would like to thank Darussalam Islamic High School Bekasi for choosing the Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University as the destination for this visit. We also apologize for the Dean’s absence on this occasion. Darussalam Islamic High School Bekasi has produced many outstanding achievements, and we hope the students will continue to develop both their academic and non-academic potential,” he said.
The next speech was given by Mr. Munirul Ikhwan, S.Ag., the Deputy Principal for Curriculum Affairs at Darussalam Islamic High School Bekasi. “We would like to thank you for the warm reception from the Diponegoro University Faculty of Law. We hope this visit can provide insight and motivation for the students in choosing their field of study in higher education,” he said.
The activity continued with a plaque exchange ceremony as a symbol of friendship. Moving into the main agenda, participants received a presentation on Introduction to Diponegoro University and Introduction to the Faculty of Law UNDIP, delivered by the Public Relations Team of FH Undip: Riski Dysas Prabawani, S.H., M.H., and Ahmad Nur Shadiq, S.H., M.H. The materials provided an overview of UNDIP, the lecture system, and academic life at the Faculty of Law, UNDIP.
The event ran smoothly and was filled with enthusiasm. This was evident from the students’ active participation during the Q&A session. It is hoped that through this visit, the students of Darussalam Islamic High School Bekasi will gain a clear picture of university life and be motivated to pursue higher education, especially at Diponegoro University, in the future.
