Diponegoro University’s Faculty of Law (FH Undip) Hosts a Smart Journey Program Visit from SMA IT Asy Syukriyyah Tangerang

The Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University (FH Undip) hosted a study visit from SMA IT Asy Syukriyyah Tangerang on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB). 81 students and seven accompanying teachers attended the visit.

The event began with a tour of the Undip Faculty of Law campus and lecture buildings, including a visit to the library and various other academic support facilities. The tour was led by Heru Setyono, S.S., and Deka Harry Prabowo, who provided an overview of the Faculty’s educational facilities and infrastructure.

The Faculty then took place in the Fiat Justisia Room, on the 3rd Floor of the Prof. Dr. Samiadji Soerotjaroko, S.H. Building. The opening ceremony included a screening of the Undip Faculty of Law company profile video, which showcased the Faculty’s academic activities and various activities of the Faculty’s Student Activity Units (UKMF).

The visit was welcomed by Andi Susetyo, S.T., M.Pi., Supervisor of Human Resources at the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University. In his remarks, Andi Susetyo said, “Welcome to the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University. We remind you that 11th grade is a crucial time. Both non-technical requirements and technical preparation must be met. Therefore, don’t forget to seek out literacy resources on Instagram, such as info.snpmb and infosbmptn. Undip also has a pathway that requires memorizing 20 juz (chapters), and for SMA IT Asy Syukriyyah, this has reached 30 juz. Masyaallah, extraordinary.”

Sudirman, M.Pd., Education Manager of the Asy Syukriyyah Educational Institution, delivered the following remarks. He expressed his gratitude for the welcome at Undip. “We are grateful to have been accepted into Diponegoro University. Hopefully, the students will leave here with a renewed spirit. We are grateful for the kindness of our seniors, which has had a tremendous impact. These students are being taught to excel without abandoning their religious values,” he said.

The event then continued with a plaque exchange as a symbol of camaraderie.

Entering the main event, participants received a presentation on Diponegoro University from Marzellina Hardiyanti, S.H., M.H., a lecturer in the Fundamentals and Legal Studies Division. Next, Bagus Rahmanda, S.H., M.H., a lecturer in the Civil Law Division, presented material related to the Undip Faculty of Law and its educational system. The event concluded with an interactive and enthusiastic question-and-answer session.

Through this visit, the students of SMA IT Asy Syukriyyah Tangerang will gain a more comprehensive understanding of higher education, particularly legal education at Diponegoro University. They will be motivated to continue their studies at a higher level.
