This adjustment aims to continue providing optimal service to students, lecturers, and the general public during this blessed month.
The service hours during Ramadan are as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 08.00 AM – 03.00 PM (WIB)
Friday: 08.00 AM – 03.30 PM (WIB)
The Faculty of Law Undip remains solid and ready to provide the best service in this holy month with a spirit of togetherness and warmth.
Students and the public who require academic or administrative services are expected to adjust their arrival schedules to ensure they can be adequately served.

Semarang, February 14, 2025 – The Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (FH UNDIP) has announced a tuition fee refund policy for students who graduate in the even semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This policy is in line with the Rector’s Decree Number: 114/UN7.A/HK/IV/2024, which regulates the Diponegoro University academic calendar and provides an opportunity for students who graduate by February 10, 2025, to apply for a tuition fee refund.
Tuition fee refund applications are submitted online through each student’s SSO page. To apply, students are required to attach several essential documents, including:
Legalized Graduation Certificate (SKL) signed by the Dean/Vice Dean I/Vice Dean II of FH UNDIP.
Photocopy of proof of even semester tuition fee payment.
Photocopy of savings book with an account in the student’s name.
Tuition fee refund application letter.
The deadline for uploading documents and attachments is February 28, 2025. After the documents are uploaded, the FH UNDIP Dean’s Office will verify and approve the tuition fee refund through the SSO system. The tuition fee refund process will be carried out in stages after February 28, 2025.

With this policy, FH UNDIP hopes to provide convenience for students in the financial administration process and improve the transparency of tuition fee management.

With regard to the large number of requests from students who apply for UKT adjustments due to being affected by COVID-19, Diponegoro University provides an opportunity for students to be able to apply to Faculties / Schools by completing the requirements that have been determined until August 12, 2020.
Proposals for the names of students who apply for UKT adjustments due to being affected by COVID-19 please submit them to the University no later than August 14, 2020, complete with supporting data and a statement letter (attached)
