Announcement of Tuition Fee Refunds for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year

The Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, announces information regarding the refund of tuition fees for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year for students who meet the requirements stipulated in the Decree of the Rector of Diponegoro University Number: 180/UN7.A/HK/III/2025 dated March 20, 2025, concerning the Diponegoro University Academic Calendar for the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
Tuition fee refunds can be requested by students who graduate by January 30, 2026, and have already paid their tuition fees for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, subject to the following requirements:

Students must upload a tuition fee refund application via the SSO website, attaching the following requirements:

  1. A tuition fee refund application letter addressed to the Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, Assets, Business, and Home Affairs, signed by the Head of the Faculty/School;
    • A Certificate of Graduation (SKL) signed by the Head of the Faculty/School;
    • A photocopy of proof of payment of tuition fees;
    • A photocopy of the savings account book in the student’s name.
  2. The Dean of the Faculty/School will verify and approve the tuition fee refund via the SSO website.
  3. The deadline for uploading the application letter and all required documents is February 9, 2026.
  4. The tuition fee refund process will be implemented in stages after February 9, 2026.
  5. Students in the Bachelor’s (S1) and Applied Bachelor’s (D4) programs who take courses totaling less than or equal to 6 credits in semester 10 and beyond, graduate after January 30, 2026, and have paid tuition fees for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, are eligible for a 50% tuition fee refund.
  6. The 50% tuition fee refund provision applies only to students in the Bachelor’s (S1) and Diploma 4 programs.
  7. Postgraduate students graduating after January 30, 2025, will not receive a refund of tuition fees (100% of the tuition will still be paid).
