The Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University hosted an academic visit from Muhammadiyah 25 High School, Setiabudi, Pamulang, on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The event ran from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time, took place in the Fiat Justisia Room on the 3rd Floor of the Prof. Samiaji Suryocaroko, S.H., Building, Faculty of Law, UNDIP, Tembalang Campus.
115 students and 25 accompanying teachers attended the visit. The group attended to introduce themselves to the world of higher education and to broaden their knowledge of legal education at the Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University.
The event began with remarks from Andhi Susetyo, S.T., M.Pi., the Supervisor of Human Resources at the UNDIP Faculty of Law. In his remarks, he encouraged the students to remain enthusiastic as they prepare for college.
“We have to enjoy the process of achieving SNBP, SNBT, and UM. I was also very surprised that the high school level held a book review of the New Criminal Code with the theme ‘Legal Literacy.’ We will also present a resource person from the criminal law field so students can directly ask questions,” he said.
Meanwhile, representatives from Muhammadiyah 25 Setiabudi Pamulang High School, represented by the Vice Principal for Student Affairs and Achievement Development, Arif Budianto, S.Pd., expressed their appreciation for the warm welcome from the UNDIP Faculty of Law.
“Thank you for the extraordinary welcome. I hope the students present here will be accepted into UNDIP,” he said.
The event then continued with a plaque exchange between the school and the UNDIP Faculty of Law, symbolizing cooperation and friendship between the institutions.
Following this, participants received a presentation on the profile of Diponegoro University and the academic system of the UNDIP Faculty of Law, delivered by Mujiono Hafidz, S.H., M.H., LL.M., a lecturer in the Criminal Law Department. During the session, students enthusiastically listened to the explanation and engaged in discussions about college life and the development of criminal law in Indonesia.
This activity is expected to motivate students further to continue their education at university and to develop a broader legal perspective from an early age.
