The Faculty of Law, Universitas Diponegoro (FH Undip) held a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) signing, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and a Land Bank Socialization event on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Prof. Satjipto Rahardjo, S.H. Conference Room, Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University.
The event began with the signing of a Cooperation Agreement aimed at strengthening collaboration in implementing the university’s Tri Dharma mission, particularly in the areas of education, research, and community service related to land and agrarian law.
Next, FH Undip conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving academics, practitioners, and relevant stakeholders. The FGD discussed various strategic issues regarding Land Bank policies, covering regulatory aspects, implementation, and challenges in their execution in Indonesia.
The series of events concluded with a Land Bank Socialization session aimed at enhancing participants’ understanding of the role, function, and authority of the Land Bank in supporting national development and achieving equitable land tenure arrangements.
Through this event, FH Undip reaffirmed its commitment to continue actively contributing to the development of land law studies and strengthening the role of academia in supporting the formulation and implementation of public policies in the land sector.
